Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make a change or want to cancel your design please contact KTO within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing HERE. Please make sure you include your order number in the email.
Got the wrong size?
That’s cool, simply drop us an email us here. You’ll have to ship it back and we will have to get your custom product remade so allow another 4 weeks from the time we receive your return. We will only allow one exchange per product and KTO reserves the right to resell the custom item on our second chance outerwear shop.
We provide a limited warranty on all KTO products. Warranty covers manufacturing quality only and does not cover any damage, if you rip you pants busting moves on the D floor that’s on you. If the stitching starts coming undone because they sewing machine was having a bad day when we made your stuff that’s on us. Drop us an email at email@example.com so we can sort you out any warranty claims.
Refunds and Returns
KTO will not refund for change of mind. We will happily exchange and remake your products if the sizing is not right, but we will not refund.
